Both paid plans include every feature — they differ only in how you buy credits. Free covers Taluvo app invitations for events up to 10 guests; SMS and Email require a paid invitation bundle.
Questions
- Is the Taluvo app really free?
- Yes — forever. The app your guests use to receive invitations, RSVP and tap “On my way” costs nothing and always will. Organizers pay only for larger events or paid channels and features such as SMS and Email invitations.
- What is a credit?
- 1 credit = 1 guest invitation. Inviting 150 guests to a wedding spends 150 credits and includes their RSVP and arrival flow. Premium Cards, Seating, Sessions, Check-in and Gameshow are separately priced activations.
- What counts as a small event?
- Anything up to 10 guests. Those events can send invitations through the Taluvo app, with RSVP and arrival features included, without spending credits. SMS and Email invitations require the paid invitation bundle.
- Do my guests need to pay or subscribe?
- Never. Guests are never charged, never asked for a card, and never see an upsell. Anyone without the app can still RSVP from a web page.
- Should I subscribe or pay as I go?
- If you run events regularly, the monthly plan is better value — 500 credits a month for less than half the price of buying them outright, and anything unused rolls over. If you're organizing one big event, pay as you go and you'll never see a recurring charge.
- Do credits expire?
- No. Credits stay in your account until you use them — whether they came from a subscription month or a bundle. Cancel a subscription and the credits you've already collected remain yours.
